Evelyn Evelyn are Jason Webley and Amanda Palmer, slipping into the role of conjoined twins who are both named "Evelyn". They're also playing the role of their supporting managers and producers.

Evelyn Evelyn recorded songs for a colored vinyl, titled Elephant Elephant, limited to 1,111 numbered copies and released at Jason Webley's record label Eleven Records. The vinyl contained the songs Elephant Elephant and Have You Seen My Sister Evelyn?, as well as a cover of Joy Division's Love Will Tear Us Apart. Additionally, each vinyl was shipped with a CD and an Evelyn Evelyn sticker. It is sold out by now.[1]

According to their MySpace page, a full length album is planned to be released at March 30th 2010.[2]

Track number 11 will be called "My Space" and feature Kim Boekbinder, Zoe Boekbinder, Margaret Cho, CornMo, Chantal Claret, Neil Gaiman, Ethan Gold, Ari Gold, Eugene Mirman, Franz Nicolay, Reverent Payton, Tegan and Sara, Soko, Jimmy Urine (Mindless Self Indulgence), Vangsness, Andrew WK, Gerad Way as well as Weird Al Yankovic!

The twins had some rare live appearances and are planning a tour for 2010. Befriended musician Sxip Shirey is supposed to join them in this effort.[3]

Current tourdates are stored at their MySpace page. The planned tour might also lead them to the west coast in May, as well as the east coast in late May or early June.

Gigs in Australia and an appearance at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2011 are also possible.
